That’s why every order is covered by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible:


  • Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must have been used as directed during the trial period.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Because this is a consumable product, we may request additional details to help us understand your experience before processing a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims.

How to Request a Refund


  1. Email us at team@settledpaws.com within 90 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of your experience.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at team@settledpaws.com with:


  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Products showing signs of misuse or non-standard use may not qualify for refunds.
